Custom & Personal builds

Finally got around to building a window seat for my sister.
It was her Christmas present, even though it’s been over a year in the “to-do queue!” Ran out of time and couldn’t quite finish. My dad and brother-in-law will make a removable top for it next and paint it. I think it turned out alright for a half of a days work and never having built a built-in window seat!
Happy Bday to lil’ Maggie! I had a request to make this mountain shelf for my sister-in-law and brother-in-law for their nursery.
The mountains are subtly stained dark to light, to give a range/scene look. The hooks were a surprise, as they were made for me by my brother-in-law and I figured it’d be a nice personal touch for his new daughter.
It’s 3ft wide and 2ft tall.

My first two attempts at making cutting boards. Turned out pretty good! The colors just popped laid out like this. Routed the edges to make it easier to pick up.
Anyone need a custom bar??
Here’s my personal Heartpine bar. Made of heart pine from a barn in South Georgia. The side chains are very old, made by a long gone blacksmith! Every link is a different size. The lanterns were found in the crawlspace of an early teens bungalow in Anderson, South Carolina. The guitar was my wife’s grandfather’s guitar, that he purchased while in the Navy in the early 50s. The tin was from a barn in Northeast GA. Let’s create a personal, one-of-a-kind bar for your gatherings! I Love mine!

I present to you....
Peggy!!
To wrap up a previous post... I posted a “in progress” build picture back in July. Just got it delivered to its home!!
Built it for my parents and named after my grandmother. It’s a 6ft x 3ft red oak/Douglas fir table.
The top is Red Oak, base is Douglas Fir. The stain was a labor of love. Multiple shades and blends to give it an aged look, but still blend with their more modern decor.
The folks are moving into a new home. Can’t wait for family nights and Thanksgivings around this piece!!
This little guy is deceptive! It’s much smaller than the pic suggests.
Built this one for a cubicle wall to display gifted coffee mugs. The “hooks” are made from old skeleton keys and old clock wind-up keys. The wood from yellow poplar and reclaimed Oak. You can see in the 2nd pic where I aged the Oak. Bottom cubes hold creamer/sugar/ stirrers!
Custom cooler boxes. Each made for the customer’s favorite team (not mine!) I try to stay impartial…
These were made from cedar. Totally customizable!
Built this coffee table for my basement bar room. It’s solid and veeerry heavy! The base is made of Cedar. The top is a combo of pine, cedar and red oak strips glued together and hand planed down. The dark stripes are heart pine 2x4s that used to be ceiling joists in a house near Rabun Co. GA.
Built this sink/counter-top caddy for my sister-in-law. She had a huge IKEA sink, but not counter space! Made it where it was removable and the water was still usable. Gave it a heat pad of tile for her straightener, and a cup holder for a phone or brushes. Made of Red Oak and Yellow Poplar.
Built this wall hanging jewelry box for my wife as a gift for a very important milestone! Made of Yellow Poplar, this guy will hold necklaces, rings, and earrings. Natural colors. Oiled with Tung Oil
An artist friend of mine, that designed my logo, requested this box so he could display his art prints at trade shows. Enjoy Louie! Hope it helps your sales!
